Chef Stephen brings heart, hustle and years of Tampa culinary experience to every dish at Breakfast-Express. His disciplined approach was shaped by his service in the U.S. Navy, while his culinary career developed through work in Tampa hotels and upscale restaurants.
Stephen founded Breakfast-Express to create a neighborhood breakfast destination where fresh food, generous portions and genuine hospitality come together. Whether he is behind the grill or greeting regulars, his mission remains simple: serve breakfast that makes people want to come back.
